Bookings:

A reservation is confirmed when the guest receives written confirmation via email or messaging apps.

Check-in / Check-out:

• Check-in: from 14:00
• Check-out: until 10:00

Early check-in or late check-out is possible depending on availability.

Payments:

Payment is made at booking.

Tourist tax is added separately.

Cancellation Policy:

Standard Season (April--June, Mid-Sept--Oct): 25% refund >14 days before arrival; 50% refund 7-13 days before. No refund if <7 days.

Peak Season (July, August, Holidays): No cancellations or refund available.

Damage & Behaviour:

Non-compliance with the established house rules may lead to the immediate cancellation of the accommodation.

Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the chalet, interior, furniture, equipment, or outdoor areas. Deposit of a €250 required at check in.

PEVA d.o.o. reserves the right to charge repair or replacement costs.

Pool Use:

Each chalet has a private pool.

• Pool use is entirely at the guest's own risk.
• No lifeguard on duty.
• Children must be supervised at all times.
• No diving.
• No glass items near the pool.

PEVA d.o.o. is not liable for injuries resulting from improper use of the pool area.

Smoking:

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the chalets.

Smoking is permitted outside only.

Pets:

Pets allowed at a €15.00 per pet and stay.

Maximum Occupancy:

Each chalet can accommodate:

• 1 double bedroom
• 2 single beds bedroom
• 2 single beds in gallery or sofa bed options
• Optional loft mattress

Maximum: 6 persons per chalet

PEVA d.o.o. collects and processes personal data only for:

• Reservation processing
• Legal registration of guests
• Communication related to the stay

Data collected: name, address, phone, email, ID/passport information (required by law).

Personal data is stored securely and not shared with third parties except:

• Tourist Organisation of Gradiška (legal requirement)
• Payment providers (if applicable)

Guests may request deletion of their data after their stay, except where data must be retained for legal obligations.
